In the heart of Colorado’s Sawatch Range, Knapp Ranch is propelled by a vision to preserve the land, water, and wildlife in a rustic and timeless setting.
Buy fresh and buy local at The Hoop House, located just east of City Market in Eagle.
There’s no time like the present to stock up on annuals, perennials, vegetable starts, herbs, and soil amendments. The Hoop House is your one-stop shopping opportunity for quality, locally-grown plants, and expert advice from gardeners who know what it takes to grow a successful garden in Colorado’s high mountain valleys.
In addition to live plants, you can find fresh and local organic produce, including microgreens, leafy salad greens, and culinary herbs grown at Knapp Ranch and at our partner farm, Osage Gardens, in New Castle, and a variety of local honey products.
At The Hoop House we are taking extra precautions for our customers and staff, which include requiring a face mask, practicing social distancing, frequently sanitizing, and curbside pickup for anyone who prefers it. Please call or email us to place a curbside order.
2020 CSA Registrations is closed.
Knapp Ranch is proud to offer subscriptions to our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.
Depending on the monthly harvest, the weekly milk crate includes hearty greens, herbs, and colorful vegetables including lettuce, bok choy, potatoes, and carrots grown in protected raised beds and gardens at 9,000’ on The Farm, located on Knapp Ranch in the upper West Lake Creek valley. Committed to sustainable organic farming practices, all agricultural activities at The Farm are monitored and adjusted on a regular basis to accommodate existing water resources, soil composition, microclimate impacts, and the unknown effects of a changing climate.
We offer two CSA share options beginning June 24 or July 1 with two weekly pickup locations and times available in Eagle and Edwards.
6 weeks = $234.00
12 weeks = $420.00
