At the Farm, we host a series of microgreen tastings throughout the season. These events, which are open to the public, offer participants the opportunity to learn more about the nutritional value, taste sensation, and culinary attributes of these powerhouse greens.

As part of our mission, we are pursuing opportunities to include a living laboratory and demonstration space where visiting chefs, farmers, academics, and scientists can share ideas about how to keep a productive farm in balance with this unique environment.
